TRX Full Body Strengthening Class


This class is taught by:
The TRX Suspension system benefits people of all fitness levels. Advanced athletes to individuals at the early stages of reclaiming their fitness and health can improve their strength, balance and core stability. TRX slam balls, kettlebells, and battle ropes may also be included to ramp up the intensity!
