You can adjust your workout to meet your need and commitment via an adjustable resistance knob on the bike.

The bike pedals will accommodate sneakers and cycling shoes with SPD cleats. Cycling shoes have stiff soles that provide extra support for your feet and reduce the occurrence of cramping and fatigue. However, it’s our experience that transitioning from sneakers to cycle shoes is a natural progression that varies with each cyclist.
There are cubbies in the cycling room to store your personal items. Towels are provided. If you are taking a yoga class, please bring a mat. If you are new to yoga and don't have a mat, we do have a few on for rent for $2. Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water to ensure that you stay hydrated. We have two designated bathrooms for changing. A shower is available.
Reservations can be made online, however, we also welcome walk-ins.
Yes, you can cancel your reserved bike 12 hours prior to the start of class and it will be returned to your package.

2-4 classes per day: morning, afternoon and evening classes will provide different training areas of focus, e.g., power, endurance, and aerobic.
Class costs range from $5-15 per class depending on attendance. Class credits can be used for both cycling and yoga classes.
